"Antipasti" (starters): thin slices of "Prosciutto" (raw ham) and wild boar on Tuscan broad with cheese from Pienza. And "Fettunta" (garlic bread with oil and salt).
"Primi" (First courses): consiglio: La "minestra di pane" (in inverno) che diventa "Ribollita" quando riscaldata più volte divenendo ancora più buona.
